Chat-Overlay: echte Twitch-Abzeichen statt farbiger Punkte

Der Hub loest die Abzeichen aus dem IRC-Tag ueber Helix (global und
Kanal) zu Bildern auf und schickt sie mit jeder Chatzeile mit.
